The Server role at CEC Entertainment is an exciting position perfect for a first-time job seeker or someone looking to build a rewarding career in hospitality and customer service. Servers are essential team members responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by taking and serving food orders to guests in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. This role requires energetic, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages and thrive in a fast-paced environment filled with fun and activity. Servers have the potential to earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold for exempt employees, and from $2.00 to $8.00 and $0.60 to $2.40 respectively for non-exempt employees, with commissions paid bi-weekly.
In addition to competitive pay, employees receive a 50 percent discount on meals during their shifts, flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, access to scholarship programs, and employee perks and discounts. CEC Entertainment also provides an Employee Referral Program and the CEC Cares Fund, designed to assist employees in times of hardship. Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
