The company offers competitive pay, including a commission-based structure that rewards your performance with commissions for each Membership and Fun Pass you sell. The pay range varies depending on the employment classification, with exempt employees earning between $0.50 and $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass, while non-exempt employees earn between $2.00 and $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Payments are made bi-weekly unless otherwise required by state law.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Willingness to work in a busy and sometimes loud environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
