Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • Willingness to work in a busy and sometimes loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide great service as they deliver food to the guests
  • Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure timely service
  • Handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Support safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in cross-training for various positions
