The role empowers Cast Members to perform a variety of tasks through cross-training, developing skills in multiple positions and supporting career advancement, as over 60% of managers have been promoted from within. The position offers competitive pay and a unique commission opportunity: Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly; Non-exempt employees have commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, also paid bi-weekly.
