Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- possess excellent customer service skills
- have an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- pass background check if required
- comply with health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- deliver food orders accurately and promptly to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- assist with seating and guest inquiries
- operate point-of-sale systems for order processing
- promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
