Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and take food orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies
- Promote membership sales and Fun Passes to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
