Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by delivering their food promptly
- Upsell memberships and Fun Passes to increase commission earnings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist in preparing food orders when necessary
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints amicably
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Participate in training programs to enhance job skills
