This position offers competitive pay, flexible schedules, and the unique incentive of commission earnings based on memberships and fun passes sold, with potential earnings ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per fun pass for exempt employees and slightly different commission rates for non-exempt employees.
