Job Description

CEC Entertainment, LLC (referred to as "CEC") is a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment, operating iconic brands such as Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza, and Chuck's Arcade. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, CEC is dedicated to creating joyful and lasting memories through the combination of fun, food, and play — truly making these venues the best places for kids and families to eat and play. With nearly 600 Chuck E. Cheese locations and over 120 Peter Piper Pizza venues spread across 45 states and 18 countries, CEC has a far-reaching impact and a strong community presence. The company is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being, which has earned it recognition as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces and recipient of the "Best in STEM" award in 2025.

CEC Entertainment’s flagship brand, Chuck E. Cheese, celebrates more than half a million birthdays annually, reinforcing its commitment to family-friendly entertainment. Safety remains a top priority with programs like Kid Check® designed to provide peace of mind for families visiting their locations. Additionally, CEC supports the community by donating over $24 million to schools and nonprofits. Peter Piper Pizza complements the family dining experience by offering a neighborhood pizzeria atmosphere where the fun is embedded in the experience itself — "The Fun is Baked In." Both brands promote physical wellness and motor skill development for kids through various attractions and activities.

Now hiring Servers, CEC offers a dynamic and supportive work environment ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build an exciting career within the hospitality and entertainment industry. Servers play a vital role by providing great service as they deliver food and ensure guests enjoy a memorable visit. This position is filled with opportunities for growth and empowerment — over 60% of managers started within the company’s ranks as Cast Members. This supportive environment is enhanced by the company's "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, which enables employees to receive payment without waiting for the standard bi-weekly schedule, helping to maintain financial flexibility.

The Server role at CEC is designed to foster a vibrant, energetic atmosphere where excellent customer service is paramount. Team members are cross-trained in various positions, developing versatile skills and broadening their experience. Serving at CEC embodies the company’s values of enthusiasm, energy, and passion for family fun. The compensation structure for this role includes commission opportunities ranging from $0.50 to $10 for memberships sold and $0.15 to $3 for Fun Passes for exempt employees. Non-exempt employees enjoy commissions from $2 to $8 for memberships sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Passes, offering a performance-based earning potential.

Working at CEC also means enjoying a range of benefits such as competitive pay, a 50% discount on meals during shifts, flexible scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles, scholarship programs, perk and discount programs, employee referral incentives, and support through the CEC Cares Fund, which assists employees during catastrophes. In a work environment featuring flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, the company prioritizes employee health and safety and offers reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. CEC Entertainment is committed to equal opportunity employment and values diversity in its workforce, actively promoting an inclusive culture where all employees can thrive.
