Servers have the potential to earn commissions on Membership and Fun Pass sales, with the possibility to earn from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass for exempt positions, and $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass for non-exempt roles. These commissions are paid bi-weekly, providing additional earning opportunities beyond base pay.

The job requires candidates to be energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to work flexible shifts. Servers must be physically able to carry or lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties that include standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting. The work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
