Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work various shifts
- Comfortable with physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service to guests by delivering food promptly and courteously
- Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station
- Assist with taking orders and processing payments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Promote and sell Memberships and Fun Passes to guests
- Adhere to health and safety standards
