Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to guests promptly
- deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to guests
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and serving areas
- interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner to enhance their overall experience
- support team members through cross-training in various positions
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
