Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service environments a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- deliver food accurately and promptly to tables
- engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- assist in restocking and setting up service areas
- comply with health and safety standards during shifts
