Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Provide great service to guests as they deliver food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines during food handling and service
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining area for shifts
- Support team members in various cross-trained roles as needed
