Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- Able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Committed to maintaining health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality conducive to a family-friendly atmosphere
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving areas
- Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen and entertainment staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle cash and process payments as needed
- Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all service activities
