Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests as they deliver food
- Ensure food orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and staff to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues efficiently
- Follow health and safety standards during service
- Assist in other cast member roles through cross-training
