Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- must obtain and maintain valid licenses and certifications per Federal, State and ERGC Gaming regulations
- must successfully pass background check
- must successfully pass drug screening
- prior experience in the gaming industry preferred
- must be able to work holidays, weekends, flexible shifts, and unusual hours

- must be at least twenty-one years of age
- must be able to work holidays and weekends and flexible shifts and unusual hours
- prior experience in the gaming industry strongly preferred
- knowledge of table service procedures and table etiquette
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while projecting a professional appearance
- ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
- ability to restock materials and retrieve dropped items
- ability to use coffee machines, beverage dispensers, microwaves, toasters, and Point-of-Service systems
Job Duties
- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Sacramento at Fire Mountain for gaming entertainment
- builds and retains guest relations and mentors team members to provide superior guest service
- recognizes guests immediately with a friendly, courteous greeting and informs them of daily specials
- assists guests with menu and beverage selection demonstrating salesmanship with complete menu knowledge
- ensures guest satisfaction through food quality checks and responsiveness to complaints
- maintains a well-groomed, neat, and clean appearance with attention to sanitation and safety
- anticipates, identifies, and provides for guest needs
- performs inventories and other duties as assigned
- performs tableside cooking, salad entrees, desserts and presents, opens and pours wines
- attends and participates in meetings with follow-up
- assists with special events including carving, cooking, setup and teardown
- responsible for cleaning and distribution of ashtrays
- responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces
- other duties as assigned
