Headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, the company prides itself on a dynamic and passionate team committed to expanding its travel center network and adopting innovative technologies. With a strong emphasis on sustainability practices and alternative energy initiatives, TA aims to lead the industry forward while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

The company’s travel centers offer a comprehensive, one-stop shopping experience that meets a diverse range of needs for travel guests. Beyond serving food, the role involves maintaining safety standards, ensuring equipment is in proper working order, and fostering strong communication and teamwork within the restaurant environment.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fun and trusting atmosphere focused on excellent customer experiences. TA values individuals who thrive in team settings and who bring enthusiasm to the daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential due to the nature of the travel business that operates around the clock.

TA also offers employees a competitive pay range, typically between $2.18 to $2.75 per hour, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. The benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, meal discounts, and access to various other discounts on technology, travel, food, and fuel. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and creating an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and supported.

Overall, joining TravelCenters of America as a Server presents a rewarding career path with growth potential in a nationally recognized company that is deeply invested in its employees' success and the satisfaction of millions of customers.
