The Server Cashier position is part of a well-established restaurant operation dedicated to delivering excellent guest service with efficiency and friendliness. As a Server Cashier, your primary responsibility is to provide impeccable customer service by welcoming and assisting guests, taking and processing orders accurately, and ensuring the quality and safety of the products delivered. This role demands attentiveness to detail, especially when working at the drive-thru window or handling phone-in orders, as accuracy in order fulfillment is paramount. You will also support the upkeep of the dining area, outdoor seating, and other assigned areas to comply with the brand's cleanliness standards. Part of the role includes handling transactions securely and ensuring all sales are processed according to company policies, thus maintaining financial integrity.
In addition to customer interaction, the Server Cashier plays a critical role in maintaining food safety standards and training compliance. You will participate in ongoing food safety education and report any potential risks or incidents immediately to management. This role also requires adherence to safety protocols and the protection of company assets without compromising personal safety. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and performing light physical tasks like setting up outdoor amenities or restocking supplies.
Ideal candidates for this position are those who have a high school diploma or GED and bring some experience in restaurant or customer service environments, ranging from entry-level up to three years. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and able to communicate effectively in English. Holding a mandated Food Handler Card is a requirement within the stipulated timeframe according to state or county regulations. Job Qualifications
