Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 16 years
  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours continuously
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must present valid Food Handler Card within required timeframe
  • Must communicate effectively in English
  • Follow all food safety standards and policies
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
  • Regular attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in server, cashier, line cook, prep cook, or customer service
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English
  • Must possess State or County mandated Food Handler Card
  • Understanding of quality guest service importance
  • Ability to follow safety and operational policies
  • Able to work in fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Provides excellent customer service before, during, and after taking orders
  • Greets guests upon arrival and thanks guests when leaving
  • Maintains a clean dining room, patio, and parking lot
  • Works the drive-thru window and phone for phone-in orders
  • Packages, checks, and delivers accurate orders
  • Ensures accuracy of all orders delivered to guests
  • Maintains stock and cleanliness of work areas
  • Follows the work schedule as posted
  • Accepts and processes payments accurately
  • Ensures sales comply with policies
  • Reports sales or cash discrepancies
  • Counts and verifies cash drawer
  • Protects food safety standards
  • Reports food safety risks
  • Attends food safety training
  • Notifies manager of guest accidents
  • Practices safe work habits
  • Reads and follows Safety Data Sheets
