Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TABC certification
- Ability to arrive to work on time and when scheduled
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate management skills including problem solving, decision-making, leadership, organization, and planning
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Must have Tuesday-Saturday availability from 2PM to 10PM

Job Duties
- Check patrons' identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with meals and take corrective actions
- Escort customers to their tables
- Explain menu items including ingredients and cooking methods
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Prepare checks itemizing meal costs and taxes
- Present menus and answer questions, making recommendations
- Remove dishes and glasses for cleaning
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve specialty dishes
- Stock service areas with supplies
- Monitor special requests
- Inspect back of house areas
- Perform other reasonable requests as required
