Job Duties

Lead by example in service standards, guest engagement, professionalism, and teamwork during all shifts
Provide on-the-floor support to servers, server assistants, and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with the execution of pre-shift meetings when requested by management, sharing best practices, service tips, or wine/cocktail knowledge
Serve as a resource for new team members during onboarding and training shifts, offering mentorship and guidance
Communicate real-time feedback to management regarding service flow, guest needs, or operational challenges during shifts
Support service for VIP guests, large parties, or other special assignments as directed
Maintain full menu, wine, and cocktail knowledge to assist guests and support the team
Uphold Amelia Gene's brand standards and service values at all times
Meet weekly with the General Manager to discuss service performance, areas for improvement, and team needs
