Job Duties
- Provide exceptional communication with internal and external guests
- take and input orders using a handheld Toast POS system
- have knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and upsell
- ensure guests are satisfied and take action to resolve any issues
- collect and process payments
- collaborate effectively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- address complaints positively
- perform additional duties as assigned
