The Server position at the Waterfront Beach Resort plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service in the high-volume dining settings of the resort, particularly specializing in Mexican and Latin cuisine. Servers are the face of the resort’s dining experience, responsible for warmly greeting guests, providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years previous serving experience in high-volume Mexican or Latin cuisine and/or hotel environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for payment processing
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
