Aspire2B is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join their Buffalo Wild Wings team. This role is crucial for the long-term success of the company, as servers are the primary point of contact for guests, responsible not only for delivering top-notch service but also for promoting the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings. The Servers will be tasked with welcoming guests, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws, and accurately processing orders through the restaurant’s register system. They also play an essential role in maintaining the ambiance and operation of the dining and bar areas, including setting up and organizing these spaces. Importantly, servers will be involved in resolving any guest complaints or issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food Handling, HACCP standards, and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is mandatory to ensure a safe dining environment.

This position requires individuals who are customer-centric, possess strong verbal communication and listening skills, and have a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
