Aspire2B is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join their Buffalo Wild Wings team. This role is crucial for the long-term success of the company, as servers are the primary point of contact for guests, responsible not only for delivering top-notch service but also for promoting the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings. Serving at Aspire2B involves more than just taking orders; it’s about creating a memorable dining experience by engaging with guests, recommending menu items, and ensuring all aspects of service meet rigorous company and legal standards.
The Servers will be tasked with welcoming guests, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws, and accurately processing orders through the restaurant’s register system. They also play an essential role in maintaining the ambiance and operation of the dining and bar areas, including setting up and organizing these spaces. Importantly, servers will be involved in resolving any guest complaints or issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Adherence to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food Handling, HACCP standards, and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is mandatory to ensure a safe dining environment.
This position requires individuals who are customer-centric, possess strong verbal communication and listening skills, and have a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of service and safety standards
- Commitment to adhering to company policies and legal regulations

Job Duties
- Create a sense of community with guests
- Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggest items
- Set-up, maintain, and operate the dining and bar area
- Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- Resolve guest complaints, investigate problems, and identify solutions
- Adhere to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies
- Develop strong working relationships within the team
