Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one plus years experience as a food server in high volume upscale hotel or restaurant environment
- thorough knowledge of food terminology food service techniques and sanitation standards
- exceptional guest service skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to stand walk stoop bend and lift trays weighing up to 35 pounds repetitively during entire shift
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, sets up assigned station with all required supplies, greets guests politely and professionally according to Loews standards, suggestively sells menu items to enhance the dining experience, records and enters guest orders accurately into POS terminal, coordinates timing of preparation and delivery of orders, monitors preparation of courses for proper flow, inspects presentation of food items to ensure quality, serves food and beverages professionally according to standards, monitors guests to anticipate and respond to needs, prepares and presents accurate guest checks, collects monies and applies charges using POS terminal, completes end-of-shift revenue reports and cash deposits, performs side work duties as assigned, other duties as assigned
