Job Requirements
- Proof of age as required by state laws
- completion of basic food handling training and obtaining mandated certification or permits where applicable
- must complete safe alcohol service training
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance

- accurate cash handling and basic math skills

Job Qualifications
- Proof of age for serving alcoholic beverages
- completion of basic food handling training and any required local or state certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including maintaining proper cash balance and reporting any concerns to a manager
- verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitor safety and security issues and report to management
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
