Job Requirements

Proof of age for serving alcohol according to state laws
Completion of basic food handling training and required certifications
Successful completion of Safe Alcohol Service training
Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Regular and consistent attendance
Energetic and friendly demeanor
Excellent guest service
Accurate cash handling skills
Effective verbal and written English communication
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Ability to follow directions accurately
Responds promptly to job demands
Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
Ability to work extended periods standing
Tolerance for moderate to high noise levels

Job Qualifications

Basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification or permit where required
Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Energetic and friendly attitude
Excellent guest service skills
Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team and independently
Ability to take and follow direction
Sense of urgency in response to tasks

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
Accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and reporting issues to management
Verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
Consistently wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas
Properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
