Job Requirements
- Proof of age for serving alcohol (18 or 21 depending on state)
- completion of basic food handling training and any required certification or permits
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude
- excellent guest service skills
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities in English
- ability to work independently and in a team
- ability to take and follow direction
- sense of urgency in response to work demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic food handling training completion
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
- accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance and reporting any concerns to management
- verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure food orders are accurate
- consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- monitors safety and security issues and reports to management
- performs other work-related duties as assigned
