Job Requirements

  • Proof of age to serve alcohol (18 or 21 depending on state laws)
  • completion of basic food handling training and required certifications
  • completion of safe alcohol service training
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
  • possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
  • accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
  • responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including cash balance and ticket distribution
  • verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
  • ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
  • consistently use suggestive selling techniques
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
  • consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
  • properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
  • adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
  • monitor safety and security issues such as trip hazards and suspicious persons and report to management
  • perform other work-related duties as assigned
