Job Requirements

  • Proof of age
  • completion of basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification where required
  • required to complete Safe Alcohol Service training program
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • regular and consistent attendance
  • energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
  • ability to provide excellent guest service
  • accurate cash handling and basic math skills
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • ability to follow directions
  • physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to work in moderate to high noise levels

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
  • possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the guest experience
  • accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
  • responsible for all transactions done on assigned register including proper cash balance, ticket distribution, and reporting concerns
  • verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
  • ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
  • consistently use suggestive selling techniques
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
  • consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
  • properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
  • adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
  • monitor safety and security issues and report to management
  • perform other work-related duties as assigned
