Job Requirements

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required
One year experience in bartending required
Bartending school or equivalent training preferred

Job Qualifications

Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness
Knowledge of P.O.S. systems
Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
Skilled in basic math
Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to interact with guests, coworkers, management, and vendors in a friendly and outgoing manner
Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in English
Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

Exemplifies MCR's values and demonstrates excellent guest service and professionalism
Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
Prepare and maintain a detailed table before, during, and after guests are served
Take orders and present food to guests
Help guests select food and beverage items by explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions
Keep wait station area clean and restocked
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Complete specific daily and weekly cleaning duties
Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience
Conclude dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return
Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment and promote positive team member relations
Other duties as assigned
