Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Hold and maintain valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Alcohol Service Permit Class 12
- One year experience in bartending
- Bartending school or equivalent training preferred

- Skilled in basic math

- Ability to interact with guests, co-workers, management, and vendors
- Ability to read, write, speak English fluently
- Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance
- Must be 21 years or older
- Bartending school or equivalent training preferred
Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR's values and demonstrates excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote Muckleshoot Casino Resort's mission, vision, and values
- Prepare and maintain a detailed table before, during, after guests are served
- Take orders and present food and beverage to guests
- Help guests select food and beverage items by explaining specials and answering questions
- Keep wait station clean and restocked
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Provide positive guest service and dining experience
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and promote team relations
- Report issues to appropriate personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
