We are currently seeking skilled and friendly Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team at Malibu Farm. The role involves greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously, accurately taking food and drink orders, and delivering them efficiently to tables. You will provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries with confidence and warmth, fostering a welcoming environment. Regularly checking on guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns is a key component of the job. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and plating when needed, clearing and resetting tables swiftly to maintain dining flow, processing payments including cash handling, and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.

For bartenders, there is the added responsibility of crafting classic cocktails skillfully and serving patrons both at the bar and at tables outside the bar area. Flexibility and adaptability are valuable traits in this capacity, as is the ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering excellent guest interactions.

Candidates should ideally have previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, with a solid understanding of basic math for processing transactions.
