We are currently seeking an energetic, versatile Bartender/Server/Guest Experience Hero to join our team. This role is much more than just mixing drinks; it involves creating memorable experiences for our guests by combining excellent bartending and serving skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making cocktails, running food, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging guests with a genuine smile and upbeat attitude. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires multitasking and a strong work ethic, ideally suited to individuals who thrive in a lively environment with a love for craft beer and sports.

In this position, you will be responsible for crafting quality drinks, including expertly poured beers and creative cocktails, swiftly delivering food orders with style, and ensuring the bar and dining areas are spotless and inviting. Greeting guests warmly and making them feel like MVPs of the UoB experience is central to this role, as is maintaining an upbeat, friendly presence that fosters a positive atmosphere.
