We are a dynamic Real Estate Sales center and Corporate office located in Miami, FL, dedicated to creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for our guests, brokers, clients, and team members. We are currently looking for a polished, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Hostess / Barista / Butler. This unique role is a blend of hospitality and operational responsibilities, acting as the face of our sales center and corporate office. The position involves front-of-house hosting duties, expert barista services, and light butler tasks, all aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, professional environment.
As the Hostess / Barista / Butler, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving premium coffee, tea, and beverages during meetings, broker presentations, sales gallery tours, and special events. Your warm, professional greeting will ensure that every guest feels valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. In collaboration with the Sales Center Manager, you will support the setup and smooth execution of broker presentations, meetings, and corporate events, creating a flawless hospitality experience.
Additionally, you will manage food and beverage stations, maintaining an organized, clean, and fully stocked kitchenette and conference room. Attention to detail is essential as you clear and reset spaces after use to uphold a polished, guest-ready environment at all times. Inventory management is another key responsibility; you will monitor and restock kitchen essentials such as water, ice, coffee, tea, snacks, and disposables. Ensuring that supply levels are sufficient and notifying management when reorders are needed will help maintain operational flow.
Further duties include monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of coffee machines and beverage stations daily, washing and restocking dishes and glassware, and maintaining tidiness in conference rooms and offices throughout the day. This role occasionally requires working Saturdays and event overtime, which underscores the importance of flexibility and dedication.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and event overtime
- Must be proactive and service-oriented
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a barista role preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare, present, and serve premium coffee, tea, and beverages for meetings, broker presentations, sales gallery tours, and events
- Greet guests, brokers, and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Support the setup and execution of broker presentations, meetings, and special events in coordination with the Sales Center Manager
- Set up food and beverage stations and replenish refreshments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchenette and conference room
- Clear and reset spaces after meetings to ensure a polished environment
- Monitor and restock kitchen essentials including water, ice, coffee, tea, snacks, and disposables
- Refill daily water bottles for sales and corporate teams
- Track inventory levels and notify the Sales Center Manager when supplies need reordering
- Assist with placing food and beverage orders and upload receipts for expense tracking
- Ensure coffee machines and beverage stations are cleaned and in working order daily
- Wash, dry, and restock dishes and glassware
- Bus, dust, and maintain cleanliness in conference rooms and offices
