Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED is preferred
2 plus years of food server experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands
Consistent attendance is a job requirement

Job Duties

Ensures exemplary guest service during events and through all forms of banquet service including buffets plated carving stations bartending running food replenishing products and supplies in accordance with event standards
Responsible for ensuring that assigned stations are properly equipped and executed by pulling transporting setting up and breaking down and returning equipment to designated storages in accordance with event standards and the Banquet Event Order instructions
Performs support work helping to provide a clean and safe work environment in all catering areas
Cleans organizes and restocks product and equipment returning from catering events
Ensures adherence to the Nevada State Liquor Statutes and food safety handling state requirements
Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health and Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities
Perform other duties as assigned
