Job Requirements

  • Work quickly and under minimal or independent supervision
  • Lift, carry push and pull in excess of 75 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and set dining room and service areas according to BEO and department standards
  • Greet guests and answer questions regarding food items, beverages and service
  • Ensure all course and beverages are served promptly including plated, buffet style or family style events
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standards
  • Present, open and pour wine
  • Assist with break down of salad dishes, glassware and linen
  • Follow all policy and procedures according to company and department
  • Maintain all work areas cleanliness and safety throughout shift
  • Perform closing duties according to department standards
  • Maintain highest standards of professionalism with guests and co-workers
  • Work quickly and under minimum supervision
  • Lift, carry, pull and push a maximum of 30 pounds
  • Other duties as assigned
