Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- prior experience in the gaming industry
- must obtain and maintain valid licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and ERGC gaming regulations
- must successfully pass background check
- must successfully pass drug screening
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- must have excellent attendance and conduct record
- physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- minimum age of 21 years
- prior experience in the gaming industry required
- prior experience in tribal gaming preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain for gaming entertainment
- greet guests warmly and in a friendly manner
- set up and break down meeting rooms according to event orders
- maintain cleanliness standards for equipment and meeting rooms
- assemble and arrange conference equipment per event requirements
- open rooms by adjusting lights, sound volumes, and temperature prior to guest arrival
- ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of audio-visual and meeting room equipment
- maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all designated banquet and entertainment areas
- communicate guest needs, problems, and concerns to supervisors
- assist servers during events by transporting tables and equipment
- report maintenance issues promptly
- provide requested information to banquet patrons
- perform other assigned duties as required
