Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Valid food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city
- Completion of food and beverage service training
- Strong communication skills and articulate speech
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in indoor and occasional outdoor settings

Job Duties
- Provide banquet service to members and guests adhering to company standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banquet/event menus, a la carte menus, daily features and specials
- Ensure banquet rooms are set up correctly, bussed consistently, and cleaned continually
- Understand room setup requirements for upcoming events and coordinate accordingly
- Possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beer, and wines available at the club
- Interact professionally with members and guests, managing changes and last-minute requests effectively
