The role of Server - Back Server at Auberge du Soleil is pivotal within the restaurant dining team. This position involves facilitating a seamless and exceptional dining experience where back servers support lead servers and captains during busy lunch and dinner services. Back Servers play an integral role by managing orders, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining area. In this role, the individual will work closely with the F&B management team to deliver heartfelt, high-quality service that aligns with Auberge du Soleil’s luxury standards. Responsibilities include taking and processing orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and service spaces, complying with food safety and handling procedures, and suggesting unique menu items to enhance the guest experience. The position demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Starting pay for the Server - Back Server position is between $16.90 and $17.90 per hour, plus tips, with pay decisions based on experience and education.
