At Cantina Del Rio in historic Gruene, TX, part of the Molak Corporation family, we are currently hiring friendly servers to join our vibrant team. Located at the corner of Gruene Road and the Guadalupe River, Cantina Del Rio has been a local favorite since 2010. Known for its laid-back atmosphere under the oak tree canopy, the cantina serves the best margaritas in New Braunfels for twelve consecutive years and offers a popular spot for post-float tacos and burgers before shows at the nearby Gruene Hall.

The server role at Cantina Del Rio is central to ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience. As a server, you will engage warmly with guests, help them navigate and understand our menu and specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Handling payments efficiently through the ALOHA POS system and assisting with various duties throughout your shift, such as silverware rolling and maintaining sanitary conditions, are also crucial responsibilities.
