Job Description

Molak Corporation is a well-established company in Central Texas renowned for its diverse businesses spanning restaurants, music venues, retail stores, and real estate. Known for its iconic brands and authentic Texan atmosphere, Molak Corporation commits to fostering genuine connections between guests and its team members. With over 700 employees who embody the company's core values of care, curiosity, commitment, and collaboration, Molak Corporation prioritizes its workforce to create exceptional guest experiences and continually improve operational efficiency. The company’s dedication to delivering memorable experiences is reflected in its unique venues that reflect the cultural vibrancy of Texas, enhancing both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

At Cantina Del Rio in historic Gruene, TX, part of the Molak Corporation family, we are currently hiring friendly servers to join our vibrant team. Located at the corner of Gruene Road and the Guadalupe River, Cantina Del Rio has been a local favorite since 2010. Known for its laid-back atmosphere under the oak tree canopy, the cantina serves the best margaritas in New Braunfels for twelve consecutive years and offers a popular spot for post-float tacos and burgers before shows at the nearby Gruene Hall.

The server role at Cantina Del Rio is central to ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience. As a server, you will engage warmly with guests, help them navigate and understand our menu and specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Handling payments efficiently through the ALOHA POS system and assisting with various duties throughout your shift, such as silverware rolling and maintaining sanitary conditions, are also crucial responsibilities. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who enjoy connecting with people while providing top-notch service.

Employment with Cantina Del Rio offers highly competitive pay and extensive benefits. Employees have access to comprehensive healthcare options including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with health savings accounts and several voluntary supplemental insurance plans such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity. We also support financial security with a 401k retirement plan, offer meal discounts, flexible scheduling, immediate pay options, and have an employee assistance program to support overall well-being. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a legendary Texas brand where your efforts directly impact creating memorable experiences in a historic and lively setting.
