Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue
- Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds
- Work in confined, crowded space with high noise levels and various temperature levels
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age to apply
- Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience
- Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness
- High standards of guest satisfaction
- Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location
- Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment
- Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions
Job Duties
- Bring your 'A' game each and every day
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
- Assist service team with all food and beverage service
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
- Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
- Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
- Stock and maintain supplies at service stations
- Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Take direction and be a team player
- Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment
- Perform other duties including side-work, opening, and closing duties
