The Server Assistant role at Puttshack is a key position within the hospitality team, critical in ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. This role involves supporting the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests across dining rooms, bars, and the mini golf courses. Additionally, Server Assistants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitizing and resetting tables and golf courses, and assisting in keeping the entire venue organized and guest-ready. The position requires a positive and friendly attitude, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations consistently. The role offers variable schedules, typically 15 to 30 hours per week, with venues open seven days a week from 11am to 1am, requiring flexibility and a guest-focused mindset. Compensation includes a base wage plus tips, with the total hourly rate varying based on schedule and availability.
