Job Requirements
- A willingness to commit to the mission, vision, and values of the theater
- ability to pass a background check in accordance with state and/or federal laws
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to multitask
- have the ability to work well under pressure and as a team
- ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- be able to maintain a high quality of friendly and attentive service to our patrons
- must have very strong verbal communication skills
- ability to bend, stoop, stand for up to six hours at a time and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
- clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next patrons
- ensure food and beverages have been made and garnished properly
- prepare non-alcoholic beverages
- some light food preparation
- ensure orders are grouped together and that customers receive the right order
- must be able to work positively with all staff members, independently and as part of a team
- uphold the standards of the organization at all times
- ensure that your station is kept clean, organized and closed properly at end of shift
- general cleaning and maintenance of work areas, complete all assigned daily tasks
