Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous fine dining experience
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible schedule availability
Passion for food and hospitality
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year fine dining server assistant experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Refill water glasses and clear plates
Support team members with guest requests promptly
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Provide friendly and courteous service to enhance guest experience
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining area
