The Server Assistant / Busser plays a critical role in enhancing the dining experience by assisting servers and ensuring that tables are maintained efficiently and courteously. Responsibilities include welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables, serving complimentary snacks, preparing and clearing tables, managing diningware, responding promptly to guest needs, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the service area. This position demands excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.\n\nCompensation includes a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.90 plus tips, along with contributions to a 401k retirement plan, paid sick leave in accordance with California law, and additional benefits such as employee discounts, golf and tennis privileges, and various employee support and recognition programs.
