Job Duties
- ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the food runner when necessary
- work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
- assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
- anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
- exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
- learn to operate the host stand
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes to accurately answer guest questions
- perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- process all payment methods
- maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- perform other duties as assigned
