Job Duties

  • ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the food runner when necessary
  • work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
  • assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
  • anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
  • exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
  • learn to operate the host stand
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes to accurately answer guest questions
  • perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
  • process all payment methods
  • maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
  • perform other duties as assigned
