Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience as a server assistant, utility, or food runner preferred
- Maintain a positive attitude while working with a sense of urgency
- Be able to multitask
- Possess strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments
- Contribute to taproom and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
- Be able to lift, move, and carry kegs weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean taproom by clearing empty glasses, plates, silverware, and other items from a table to ensure a pleasurable dining experience and efficient turnover of tables for new guests
- Visually inspect all food leaving expo, ensuring proper plating, sauce application, and presentation
- Return any incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen for correction
- Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests
- Maintains appropriate levels of inventory/product for the bar, changing kegs when required
- Assist with other tasks such as cleaning the dining area, restocking server stations, and rolling silverware
- Assist guests and servers/bartenders with other hospitality functions as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
