Currently, Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call Server Assistant who is passionate about excellence and embraces the spirit of aloha. This role involves supporting the primary Food Servers by attending to guest needs, maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining environment, and ensuring service flows smoothly and seamlessly. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager, the Server Assistant plays a critical role in upholding the Four Seasons standards, delivering personalized service, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

This position offers an hourly wage of $17.50 and is suitable for candidates motivated by hospitality, eager to work in a dynamic luxury resort environment where personal growth and employee well-being are prioritized. Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
  • anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
  • assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
  • breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations
