Trilogy Lake Norman: Twin Mills Club is a premier resort facility located in the attractive Huntersville area near Charlotte, North Carolina. This establishment is thoughtfully built with the outdoors in mind, offering a wide array of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, The Outfitter—a space equipped with kayaks, bikes, and other outdoor gear—and facilities like pickleball and tennis courts. Additionally, guests have access to a fleet of boats on nearby Lake Norman, enhancing their outdoor experience. The feature restaurant, The Foundry, along with the Event Center, welcomes the public for dining reservations and private event bookings, making Trilogy Lake Norman not only a hub for leisure but also a community gathering place. This dynamic and scenic environment provides a beautiful backdrop for both guests and employees alike.

The Server Assistant position at Trilogy Lake Norman provides a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team in a customer-focused role. This position is hourly, paying $14 per hour, and is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service. As a Server Assistant, you will support the dining room staff by ensuring prompt, courteous service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. You will be actively involved in clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers when needed, and responding to guest inquiries with enthusiasm and knowledge about the resort and its services.

Working at Trilogy Lake Norman means becoming part of an inclusive team that values honesty, integrity, and respect for individuals. Employees are encouraged to demonstrate initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold the resort's BlueStar core values, including teamwork and a competitive spirit. This role offers valuable experience and growth potential within a lively resort setting, where adaptability and cooperation are key. Being a part of such an engaging environment also means enjoying a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends, catering to the needs of the hospitality industry.

In terms of benefits, Trilogy Lake Norman offers full-time team members who work 30 hours or more per week eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plans after 60 days of full-time employment. Additionally, full-time employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) at a rate of 120 hours per year, along with 7 paid holidays annually. Part-time team members accrue Paid Sick Leave in accordance with state guidelines. Importantly, all team members aged 21 and older can participate in the company 401(k) plan after completing 30 days of service. This robust benefits package, combined with a supportive work culture and the opportunity to work in a beautiful outdoor-oriented setting, makes the Server Assistant role at Trilogy Lake Norman an appealing choice for hospitality professionals seeking a rewarding career.
